Ha risposto a un’offerta di lavoro in una struttura recettiva a Bagheria (Palermo) ma il primo giorno di lavoro ha subito violenza dal titolare del B&B, un uomo di 45 anni che è stato condannato in primo grado dal gip di Termini Imerese a 2 anni e 10 mesi di reclusione. La vittima, 20 anni, è stata assistita dall’avvocato Vincenzo Fiore.
La violenza sessuale si è consumata nella struttura ricettiva a giugno del 2020. Diplomata al liceo linguistico, la ragazza aveva risposto a un annuncio come receptionist e aveva poi superato il colloquio. Il 22 giugno si è recata nel B&B, dove si trovavano il titolare e una donna delle pulizie invitata poi ad andare via a metà mattinata. L’uomo a quel punto ha invitato la ragazza a pranzare con lui nella cucina della struttura e a riposarsi in una camera offrendosi di farle un massaggio.
La ragazza inizialmente ha rifiutato ma poi è stata convinta dalle buone maniere dell’uomo. Il massaggio però si sarebbe trasformato in aggressione. In soccorso involontario sono arrivati due turisti che hanno bussato alla porta del B&b. Il titolare è corso ad accoglierli, in quel momento la giovane si è chiusa in bagno e nella chat di un gruppo di amici ha scritto che aveva bisogno di aiuto e che le era successo qualcosa di grave. Un’amica ha chiamato i carabinieri. Davanti al titolare però la vittima non è riuscita a fornire dettagli, l'uomo a quel punto si è scusato e la giovane è poi andata via dopo l’arrivo della madre. Sono scattate le indagini. L'albergatore ha sempre respinto le accuse. Adesso si è concluso il processo con la condanna in primo grado.
